面包机肉丝
瘦肉 300g
酱油 3 tbsp
蚝油 0.5 tbsp
幼糖 2 tbsp
*没放五香粉,鸡精粉,黑酱油
煮熟后的瘦肉,拔成粗丝。
加入调味料腌两个小时
放入面包机,Jam功能,1小时20分钟,翻炒两次,就变这样子啦。
300g的肉,就这么一瓶。
