自制花生酱
第一次做,
testing份量,
花生 80g
油 40g (用30g)
做出来只有一小盒,够搽两三片面包吧。
*不甜,不够滑,有颗粒
这是第二次做的,300g 花生有一瓶花生酱罐,比较水,放冰箱后还ok, 但为何没外面买的香?
